At Sanskar Canada Mandir, we host Sunderkand twice a week on Tuesdays 5.00pm and Saturday 11.30am, led with devotion and grace. These gatherings are not just recitations—they are spiritual journeys, inviting each participant to reconnect with their inner strength, deepen their faith, and experience the divine presence of Lord Hanuman.
We warmly invite you and your loved ones to join us for this uplifting and transformative experience. Let us come together in faith, unity, and devotion—and celebrate the timeless wisdom and grace of Sunderkand.

Seniors meet – New Horizons Project
The New Horizon Project by Sanskar Canada has been successfully completed, creating a meaningful impact in the community.
By bringing youth and seniors together, the project fostered the sharing of knowledge, traditions, and life experiences while encouraging mentorship and cultural understanding—building stronger intergenerational connections.
A key highlight was the introduction of regular yoga sessions for seniors. This gentle yet powerful practice supported physical health, improved flexibility and mobility (reported by 70% of participants), and reduced joint pain or stiffness for around 60%. Many also experienced better balance, contributing to greater confidence and independence. Beyond physical benefits, yoga promoted mental calmness through breathing and relaxation techniques, helping participants feel more peaceful, resilient, and emotionally balanced.
The project concluded with the presence of Dan Muys, recognizing the initiative’s positive impact on community well-being, inclusion, and social connection.
